Change Is On The Wind

Remember how in my last post I said that things have been a bit crazy in my life lately? The change of locale for the pictures is one of those crazy things. Colin and I have moved up to his dad's house to look after the place while he is away for a job. It's pretty exciting for a lot of reasons, including the fact that the garden is beautiful and great for taking outfit pictures.

I am pretty exhausted from moving, working and everything else that has been going on this week so I think I will leave it at that for now. I am looking forward to a nice two days off to finish unpacking and relax a little. I hope everyone had a great week, Happy Friday!

What I Wore:
Shirt: Suzy Shier
Skirt: Made by me (no pattern)
Shoes: Ardene

  1. Congrats on the move! A change of space is a good thing. I didn't move, but I felt the need to change my space recently, and its done a world of good for me! I was thinking that our blog crossover could be an outfit post, or a visit to the antique market? Let me know what you are thinking!

I love your skirts, recently. No pattern, huh? I'm not that talented on the sewing machine. OMG, I got it! A craft tutorial or sew a-long? That could be the super-extraordinary blog-crossover extravaganza!

  2. I love the colors in this outfit! The black makes the coral really stand out!

  3. Thanks Stephanie. It is a good thing, a really good thing. Not that I don't love my parents but I was getting into a rutt. A change of pace is going to be really nice.

And thank you again! I am excited about this crossover tutorial idea. You could do a knitting craft or something on here and I can do a sewing one for you! Sound good? E-mail me if you want to discuss this further. My e-mail is hope.moonshadowcat@gmail.com

  4. Thanks Sarah :) This shirt is hard to match to things so I am glad it works with this skirt.
